The Systempilot Working Capital System

Others just ship software. We deliver a system.

Software alone cuts no inventory. We connect inventory strategy, ERP integration and the way your purchasing team works into one system. The result shows up on your balance sheet, not in a report.

The problem

Too much of the wrong stock. Too little of the right.

Every trading and manufacturing company knows the symptoms. The cause is almost always the same: ordering decisions made without a system.

Capital sitting on the shelf

Excess inventory ties up liquidity you need for growth, purchasing terms and hard times. And financing that stock costs you, year after year.

Stockouts despite a full warehouse

The fast movers are missing, the slow movers pile up. Every stockout costs revenue — and in the worst case, the customer along with it.

Purchasing in firefighting mode

Rush orders, gut feeling, spreadsheets. Every ordering decision hangs on individual people, and nobody can say what rule you actually order by.

What challenges are you facing?

Finance

Customers

Operations

Tick what applies to you. Then you'll see your biggest lever.
The solution

One system. Three levers.

Strategy, software and execution work together. That's what separates a system from a tool.

Liquidity
Cut tied-up capital.

Excess inventory drains away and the liquidity comes back onto your balance sheet.

Supply capability
Secure delivery reliability.

The fast movers are there when your customers order. That protects revenue and EBIT.

Feasibility
Without a major IT project.

Docks onto your existing ERP, go-live in 3–6 months.

How we work

The system, module by module.

Each module builds on the previous one, and none falls away after go-live: from your ERP data to ongoing operations.

What exactly does Systempilot do?

We help traders and manufacturers turn inventory into financial flexibility. Concretely: we cut your tied-up capital, stabilise your supply capability and make your purchasing predictable — without an ERP switch and without a major IT project. To do that we deliver not just software like the inventory-optimisation system EazyStock, but a system of integration, ordering logic, purchasing control and ongoing operations.

What sets Systempilot apart from other providers?

We bridge the gap between software vendor and consultancy: from strategy through advice to software implementation and ongoing operations. We build on three core philosophies:

Integration is our problem: integration projects are often lengthy and internal resources are usually missing. That's why we draw on an extensive ERP connector library, use middleware for data transformations and take on the ERP connection end-to-end, from the first data pull to the import into the target system.

Business impact instead of tool rollout: we don't optimise parameters, we optimise tied-up capital, cash flow and supply capability — measurably.

Operations included: we don't leave you alone after go-live, we operate and continuously improve the system (Managed Operations).

What references does Systempilot have?

We work with leading German-speaking mid-market companies and corporations in trade and manufacturing. A selection of our current clients: EFCO Befestigungstechnik, Deutsche Augenoptik (optical equipment and spectacle lenses), MAX HAURI (electrical components), NOCH (model landscaping), BRP-Rotax (engine manufacturer), Sill Optics (high-precision optics), Janser (flooring technology), Bukh Bremen (watersports equipment), Lightbridge (photography lighting equipment) and MEDEWO (packaging materials).

How are Systempilot and EazyStock connected?

Systempilot is an EazyStock Platinum Partner in the DACH region. EazyStock provides the inventory-optimisation software: forecasting, order proposals, service-level logic. We make sure it's properly connected, cleanly configured and genuinely effective in day-to-day use — including integration, enablement and ongoing support.

Do we need a new ERP?

No. We work with your existing ERP, from SAP through Dynamics to SelectLine. The optimisation runs via a clean connection, not a system switch.

What does working with Systempilot look like?

We always start with an as-is and target-state analysis: stocking strategy, target service level, supplier structure and the most common use cases in working capital optimisation and inventory planning.

Next we define an interface strategy: how the data comes out of your ERP and who owns the integration (Systempilot, you, your ERP partner or a middleware provider).

Then we import your ERP data into our reporting tool and run a master-data quality check. You receive the results afterwards.

We give recommendations for master-data adjustments and transform your source data into a target format for analyses, forecasts and the EazyStock setup.

Finally we implement the analysis results and configure the system so that inventory drops and your supply capability rises as jointly defined.

What does working with Systempilot cost?

One-off projects, analyses and time-boxed optimisation projects start at around €5,000. For longer-term engagements, for example an EazyStock rollout, we offer packages from around €5,000 one-off. Licence costs typically start at around €1,000 per month.

How long does an engagement usually last?

As a rule we work with our clients over several years. Typical rollout projects take 3–6 months. After that it usually moves into a long-term support and sparring partnership.

How quickly do we see results?

The potential analysis delivers solid figures within a few weeks. Measurable inventory reduction typically begins in the first quarter after go-live.

What services does Systempilot cover?

Working capital optimisation has three parts: inventory optimisation, improving receivables management and optimising supplier terms. We work on all three, with our focus on inventory optimisation.

How long has Systempilot been around?

Systempilot was founded in 2019 by Felix Kogler and DI Michael Schnepf.

Which countries is Systempilot active in?

Our focus is Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Beyond that we help international clients with their rollouts across Europe.
