Cut inventory, raise supply capability. Right inside Acumatica.
Acumatica holds your business together in real time. EazyStock computes forecasts and order proposals on your Acumatica data every night, via the ready-made bidirectional connector. If you use Acumatica MRP, forecast and parameters even flow back into the ERP.
Can Acumatica optimise inventory automatically?
Partly. Acumatica brings replenishment functions, but you maintain min/max values, seasonal classes and parameters per article yourself. Statistical forecasts and service-level targets per article class are added by an inventory optimisation like EazyStock.
How does EazyStock get the Acumatica data?
Via the ready-made connector, cloud to cloud and bidirectional. EazyStock is an Acumatica ISV partner and the solution is listed in the Acumatica Marketplace. Go-live in 2–4 weeks.
We manufacture with Acumatica MRP. Does that fit?
Yes, that's this connector's speciality: forecast and stock parameters from EazyStock flow back into Acumatica, and your MRP keeps planning as usual, just with better numbers.
Ever run into this in Acumatica?
For a cloud ERP, Acumatica brings a lot of replenishment. Four points where it still gets tight as the assortment grows:
You maintain min/max and parameters per article.
Reorder points, min/max values, assignments per article and warehouse: the replenishment settings need maintaining, and with thousands of SKUs you comb through the list again and again to keep the quantities right. If lead times or demand shift, the system computes cleanly with outdated values.
Distribution Management on acumatica.com ↗Simple models aren't an inventory strategy.
The built-in methods smooth the past. What's missing is the layer above: demand-pattern detection per article, outlier cleansing and safety stocks derived statistically from your target service level, not from gut feeling and rules of thumb.
Replenishment on acumatica.com ↗You assign seasonality yourself.
Whether an article is seasonal, tips over in its lifecycle or just had an outlier is something you judge yourself, article by article. As the assortment grows, habit wins: the settings stay as they are, and the capital sits on the shelf in the off-season.
Inventory Management on acumatica.com ↗You plan promotions and special demand separately.
A promotion, a large order in the pipeline, a new sales channel: the extra demand is in no history that the methods compute on. You plan it next to the system, and the proposals keep running at normal levels until the first items are missing.
EazyStock in the Acumatica Marketplace ↗Where does that lead for you?
Manual planning via min/max is error-prone. We know the pattern from many intro calls:
Can it be done better? Of course: with EazyStock.
EazyStock computes on your Acumatica data and answers exactly the four problems above. Your team keeps ordering in Acumatica.
Up-to-date stock parameters.
Safety and reorder stock per article and warehouse are recalculated every night, derived from your target service level. The SKU combing is gone.

Real forecasts per article.
Demand-pattern detection, outlier cleansing, statistical safety stocks: EazyStock computes the future per article, fresh every night.

Season and lifecycle detected automatically.
Demand patterns are classified per article, and seasonal curves flow directly into the proposals. Without you checking each article individually.

Upcoming demand, planned in today.
Promotion or large order planned? You enter the expected extra demand as a forecast adjustment. The order proposals move with it before the shortage becomes visible.

A ready-made connector, bidirectional.
EazyStock is an Acumatica ISV partner, the connector is listed in the Acumatica Marketplace and part of the licence. Cloud to cloud, no infrastructure on your side.
Provide access
In Acumatica you create API access for the connector. No installation, no infrastructure on your side.
Your effort: approx. 30 minutes of admin timeConfiguration and test runs
We configure mapping, warehouse assignment and business logic and run test runs against your real data until the proposals fit your assortment.
Your effort: a few clarifying questions, no developer neededNightly operation
Every night, articles, demand and orders flow to EazyStock. Order proposals come back, and for Acumatica MRP forecast and parameters too.
Your effort: none in regular operationThe connector synchronises in both directions: if you use Acumatica MRP in manufacturing, forecast and stock parameters from EazyStock flow back into the ERP. Your MRP keeps planning as usual, just on better numbers. And if you switch from another ERP to Acumatica, forecast history and configuration simply move with you.
The connector comes from EazyStock. The operation from us.
EazyStock maintains the Acumatica connector as a standard product; we add the method: goals and ordering rules in the configuration, test runs against your real data and a nightly operation we monitor. If something goes wrong at night, we hear about it first, not your purchasing.
“For our complex after-sales requirements we were looking for a solution to optimise working capital and spare-parts availability. Systempilot didn't just help us plan better, they integrated our business logic end-to-end.”
Common questions about Acumatica and EazyStock.
How long does connecting Acumatica to EazyStock take?
The API access is created in about 30 minutes, and the connector is ready-made. Then come data import, configuration of your business logic and test runs: expect 2–4 weeks to go-live, depending on data quality and assortment.
What does bidirectional mean in practice?
At night, master data, stock and demand flow to EazyStock. Order proposals come back for your purchasing, and if you use Acumatica MRP, forecast and stock parameters as well, which your MRP then plans with.
Does the system write into our Acumatica?
Only what's agreed: approved order proposals and, when MRP is used, forecast and parameters. Everything runs through the ready-made connector, nothing through direct database access.
We're currently switching our ERP to Acumatica. Bad timing?
On the contrary. Forecast history and configuration live in EazyStock, not in the ERP. If you start before the switch, you take the history you've built with you: after the Acumatica go-live, the inventory optimisation is quickly reconnected via the connector.
Does EazyStock replace replenishment in Acumatica?
No, it adds to it. Forecasts, stock parameters and prioritised proposals come from EazyStock; ordering and approval stay in Acumatica. Your team keeps its familiar interface and processes.
What does it cost?
The Acumatica connector is a ready-made standard product included in the EazyStock licence, not a separate interface development. Rollout projects start at around €5,000, and licence costs typically start at around €1,000 per month.
